Dear customers!
We would like to inform you that JSC COMINBANK changes the Tariffs for card products from 01.09.2023.
The main changes include:
"Deposit card" (UAH, USD, EUR):
1. a new tariff item "Issuance of a power of attorney - UAH 200.00" has been added;
2. the fee for the item "Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was refuted or proved to be groundless" was increased from UAH 100.00 to UAH 200.00;
3. a new tariff item "Cashless transfer of funds to accounts outside Ukraine (SWIFT) - not available" was added;
4. a new tariff item "Cash withdrawal (using a PC) through cash desks in retail and service networks - not charged" was added;
5. the commission specified in the item "Cash withdrawal (without using a PC) through the cash desks of JSC "COMINBANK" was increased to 0.5%;
6. the fee for the item "Transfer of funds using Money Send / Visa Direct technology (card-to-card transfer)" was reduced to "not charged".
"Salary card" (UAH):
1. a new tariff item "Issuance of a power of attorney - UAH 200.00" was added;
2. the fee for the item "Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was refuted or proved to be groundless" was increased from "100.00 UAH" to "200.00 UAH";
3. added a tariff item "Cash withdrawal (using a PC) through cash desks in retail and service networks: own funds - not charged; credit funds - 4.0% + 5 UAH";
4. the commission specified in the item "Cash withdrawal (without using a PC) through the cash desks of JSC "COMINBANK" was increased to 0.5%;
5. the fee for the tariff "Crediting funds using Money Send/Visa Direct technology (transfer from card to card)" was set at 0.5% + 5 UAH;
6. the tariff item "Cash withdrawal (without using a PC) through the cash desks of JSC "COMINBANK" was changed from "not charged" to "own funds - 0.5%; credit funds - not provided".
"Payment card" (UAH, USD, EUR):
1. a new tariff item "Issuance of a power of attorney - UAH 200.00" was added;
2. the commission for the item "Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was refuted or proved to be groundless" was increased from "100.00 UAH" to "200.00 UAH";
3. a new tariff item "Cashless transfer of funds to accounts outside Ukraine (SWIFT) - not available" was added;
4. a new tariff item "Cash withdrawal (using a PC) through cash desks in trade and service networks - own funds - not charged; credit funds - 4.0% + 5 UAH" was added;
5. under the "START" tariff plan, the fee for the item "Renewal for a new validity period of the main personalised card" was increased from "not charged" to "UAH 100.00";
6. under the tariff plan "START" the interest rate accrued on the balance of own funds on the account in hryvnia (UAH) was reduced from 3% to 1%" (per annum);
7. for the tariff plans "PLATINUM" and "PLATINUM+" the commission for the item "Replacement of an additional payment card: - At the initiative of the client in case of loss, theft, damage, etc: - MasterCard WORLD debit (contactless) personalised" from "100.00 UAH" to "not charged".
"CIB Junior" (UAH):
1. a new tariff item "Issuance of a power of attorney - UAH 200.00" was added;
2. the fee for the item "Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was rejected
3. a new tariff item "Cash withdrawal (using a PC) through cash desks in retail and service networks - not charged" was added;
4. the fee for the item "Fee for monthly maintenance of an inactive account" was reduced from UAH 200.00 to UAH 20.00;
5. the fee for the item "Replacement of an additional payment card: - at the initiative of the client in case of loss, theft, damage, etc: - MasterCard WORLD debit (contactless) registered" from "100.00 UAH" to "50.00 UAH".
"Social card" (UAH):
1. the fee for the item "Other non-cash transfers" was increased from "not charged" to "1% + 5 UAH";
2. a new tariff item "Issuance of a power of attorney - UAH 200.00" was added;
3. the commission for the item "Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was refuted or proved to be groundless" was increased from "100.00 UAH" to "200.00 UAH";
4. added a tariff item "Cash withdrawal (using a PC) through cash desks in retail and service networks - not charged".
"Credit card" (UAH):
1. a new tariff item "Issuance of a power of attorney - UAH 200.00" was added;
2. the fee for the item "Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the customer's claim was refuted or proved to be groundless" was increased from "100.00 UAH" to "200.00 UAH";
3. the following tariff item was added: "Cash withdrawal (using a PC) through cash desks in retail and service networks - own funds - not charged; credit funds - 4.0% + 5 UAH".
The wording in the tariffs of card products and notes to them was also amended, including the following key changes:
1) The titles of the tariffs for challenging transactions were changed and set out in the following wording: Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was confirmed / Processing of the Application for a disputed transaction if the client's claim was refuted or proved to be unfounded. Note: The fee is deducted for the implementation of claim work, for a disputed transaction that was disputed by the cardholder and this disputed transaction was refuted through the MPS (the disputed transaction is successful and confirmed by documents / rules of payment systems). The fee is debited from the card account within 3 business days from the date of completion of the claim;
2) The terms of charging the fee for servicing an inactive account have been clarified, and it is stated that the fee is charged in the absence of any movement of funds on the Client's account (separately for each account);
3) The terms of debiting the fee for issuing/replacing a non-nominal card (instant issue) were clarified, namely, "on the day of service provision".
