Today my dear ComInBank celebrates its 28th birthday!
I have the honor of leading our bank since 2018. This is a great professional and personal challenge, into which I put not only my work and professional talent, but also, however banal it may sound, a piece of my soul.
During this time, we have achieved much: we have increased the bank's assets more than 6 (!) times, ensured significant growth of the bank's capital, improved the main indicators of operational efficiency.
We did not stop during the coronavirus pandemic: on the contrary, we used the crisis as a springboard to new achievements and demonstrated indicators that significantly exceed the average growth of the banking system. This allowed us to enter the TOP-30 Ukrainian banks by the level of assets. As a financier, I evaluate our achievements in the language of figures, but behind these figures – lies the titanic daily work of ComInBank employees, for which I am sincerely grateful to every one of our employees!
And we do not plan to stop at the achievements: СomInBank will continue qualitative transformations, using the best world practices for dynamic growth. Changing in accordance with the requirements of the new era, but remaining ourselves: a reliable and time-tested partner of our clients. So today I will allow myself to drink a glass of champagne for my dear ComInBank and our team of professionals, and on Monday – full ahead, to new achievements!
