To the attention of customers! Amendments to the Rules for the provision of payment and other services to individuals in the JOINT STOCK COMPANY ‘COMINBANK’

Dear customers!

We would like to inform you that from 24.04.2025, amendments to the Rules for the provision of payment and other services to individuals in JOINT STOCK COMPANY ‘COMINBANK’ will come into force, namely:

  • The Rules are supplemented with new terms related to the use of contactless payment services;
  • the definition of the term ‘OTP (one-time password)’ has been updated;
  • Chapter 8.30 ‘Making Contactless Payments Using the Mobile Payment System’ was added;
  • Appendix 3 ‘Terms of Use of JSC “COMINBANK” Payment Cards in Mobile Payment Systems’ was approved.

The above changes are made in connection with the gradual implementation of Google Pay and Apple Pay contactless payment services in the Bank. The Bank will inform about the implementation of the above services additionally.
