We inform you, that according to the Protocol of the meeting of the Management Board of JSC «COMINBANK» No. 24/03-1 dated 24.03.2023 changes were made to the public offer of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK». Among the main changes are taking into account the requirements of the Interbank Association "EMA" regarding compliance with the provisions of Art. 66 of the Law of Ukraine «On Payment Services», bringing the Charter of JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK», approved by the National Bank of Ukraine on 07.11.2022, into compliance.
Changes to the Rules for providing payment and other services to individuals at JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK» and the Rules for providing payment and other services to corporate clients at JOINT-STOCK COMPANY «COMINBANK» come into force from April 5, 2023.
