SE SETAM (of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine) has started cooperation with JSC COMINBANK, the state system of electronic auctions for the sale of seized and bank property.
The relevant agreement, which will allow the bank to place bids at the online auction, was signed in August 2023.
"We congratulate our new partner JSC "COMINBANK" on the first lot placed in our system. Such an offer with claims secured by a sawmill complex can quickly find a buyer in the relevant market. The auction will start on 31 August, with the starting price for the lot at UAH 60.3 million," said Oleksandr Mamro, CEO of SE SETAM.
"Our cooperation with SE SETAM expands the Bank's ability to effectively settle overdue loans, in particular by exercising the rights of claim on loans, in order to protect the interests of depositors and shareholders of the Bank. Our team has made this choice because we are convinced that the objects put up for sale will be efficiently evaluated and sold," commented Igor Trebin, Head of the Non-performing Assets Department of JSC "COMINBANK".
The first lot in the system was an integral property complex for woodworking and production of wood products, furniture, boards, etc. (claims under loan agreements concluded with this legal entity and collateral agreements thereunder). The complex consists of:
1. Buildings and structures;
2. Equipment;
3. 6 units of vehicles;
4. Financial guarantee of an individual who is currently the property manager.
Location of the property: Ivano-Frankivsk region, Nadvirna district, Delyatyn village.
