COMINBANK experts gave a lecture to the students of the capital's college

Viktoriia Zhezhera, Head of Marketing and Communications Department of COMINBANK, gave a lecture to the students of the Kyiv Trade and Economic College of DTEK.

The meeting between the students and the expert was part of the Bank's educational mission, which aims to develop an understanding of modern business processes among young people and help them master skills in demand in the real economy.

The future specialists were given a unique opportunity to learn from the experience of a practical manager with many years of experience, including how to plan and create an effective advertising video. Viktoriia shared not only the aspects and stages of video advertising creation, but also provided useful advice on creating terms of reference, storyboards, creative ideas, interaction with contractors, and highlighted the key points that are important for achieving the desired result.

Last year, COMINBANK and the educational institution signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The document provides for cooperation in the educational, upbringing and cultural spheres in order to deepen students' knowledge and practical training of future specialists.

The fruitful cooperation is ongoing and is part of the Bank's corporate social responsibility (CSR): regular lectures by COMINBANK representatives have already become a regular practice, giving young people access to the best professional advice and making student training more applied and focused on the modern labour market.

It is worth noting that last year COMINBANK was awarded the prestigious Banker Awards 2024 for its active initiatives in the field of knowledge transfer to the younger generation, having been named the ‘Leader of Educational Activities in the Financial Sector’. This award once again underlined the Bank's significant contribution to the formation of a new generation of financiers and marketers capable of working effectively in a dynamic business environment.
