Serhii Khorkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSC ‘COMINBANK’, was appointed as the acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC ‘COMINBANK’

Tetiana Putintseva resigns from the position of the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC ‘COMINBANK’.

Starting from 20.05.2024, in accordance with the procedure established by the National Bank of Ukraine and the Supervisory Board of the Bank, the duties of the Chairman of the Management Board of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ will be temporarily assigned to Serhii Khorkov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Tetiana Putintseva, who is a co-owner of the Bank, will focus on controlling and strategic issues of further development of the Bank within the competence of the Bank's shareholder.
