For the title «HR Specialist of the Year' 2015», about 300 specialists in personnel matters and personnel management from various sectors from all corners of Ukraine competed within the framework of the annual All-Ukrainian professional competition «HR Specialist of the Year», the organizer of which is the magazine «Dovidnyk Kadrovyka» and the All-Ukrainian public organization «VAK», with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, the State Employment Service, the State Labor Inspectorate of Ukraine, and the regional state administrations of Ukraine.
Derevinska Olha Valeriivna, leading specialist of the personnel department of PJSC "Commercial Industrial Bank", Kyiv, born in 1992, took the honorable 9th place among the professionals of personnel matters.

We remind that 2015 the bank ended with a profit of UAH 13.7 million, while the banking system showed a result with a minus sign. The bank's assets for the year increased by almost two times and as of 01.01.2016 amounted to UAH 273 million. The Bank's liabilities grew by 6.7 times and amounted to UAH 121 million.
The Bank services over 4 thousand current, deposit, and card accounts of individual clients. In 2015, the Bank activated the servicing of individual clients, offering them a whole range of banking products: an updated deposit line, payment, and credit cards.
Quite a significant leap the Bank carried out in the development of its infrastructure. During 2015, 18 banking branches were opened, which covers practically all strategically important regions of Ukraine. In the bank's plans for 2016 - the opening of another 20 branches.
