Announcement of closing accounts using a payment card under the Social product

Dear customers of JSC "COMINBANK"!

We would like to inform you of the intention of JSC "COMINBANK" to close current accounts using a payment card under the Social product (hereinafter referred to as the Agreements):

- current accounts with no transactions for one year and no cash balances;

- current accounts with no transactions for three consecutive years and no cash balances.

In connection with the above, if you have an inactive current account opened with JSC "COMINBANK", please inform about your desire to continue using such current account within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement on the website of JSC "COMINBANK", posting on information stands in the branches of JSC "COMINBANK" by contacting the branches of JSC "COMINBANK".

If JSC "COMINBANK" does not receive a notice of the desire to continue using the inactive current account within the above period, JSC "COMINBANK", in accordance with the provisions of Article 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the terms of the Agreements, hereby notifies of cancellation of the Agreements by terminating them and closing the respective current accounts. The available cash balances on the inactive current accounts, after their closure, will be accounted for on the relevant analytical account of the balance sheet account "Bank customers' funds on inactive accounts".
