Considering the complicated situation in Ukraine and the world due to the coronavirus pandemic, JSC «CIB» meets its Borrowers halfway.
Commercial Industrial Bank understands the situation in which our Clients find themselves and will apply a special loan servicing regime, or in other words «loan holidays», for Client-borrowers who have suffered as a result of
the introduction of quarantine.
After all, we understand that reducing the credit burden during a period of crisis — is not just assistance, but in many cases — is a real salvation.
From March 1 to April 30, 2020, we will NOT:
apply penalty sanctions for non-performance of the terms of the loan agreement; charge an increased interest rate on overdue debt for non-performance of the terms of the loan agreement.
We will consider issues regarding:
restructuring of term loans on the terms recommended by the NBU; deferral in payment of the principal obligation.
Important!
The special regime – is NOT DEBT FORGIVENESS. It is a DEFERRAL of debt payment for Borrowers whose financial condition has worsened.
The Bank continues to charge interest for the use of loans. After all, in parallel, the Bank charges interest on deposits and pays them out.
For the Bank to consider the possibility of carrying out restructuring during the period from March 1 to April 30, 2020, it is necessary to remotely provide an application by e-mail:
for individuals - drb@cib.com.ua; for legal entities - corp@cib.com.ua.
In the application, it is necessary to inform the Bank in detail about the situation in which You find yourself, and if possible, to attach scanned copies of documents confirming the temporary loss of work, loss or substantial reduction of income, or termination of business operations.
Individual work will be carried out with each Borrower for the best understanding of each case.
It is important that the Borrowers conscientiously performed their loan obligations prior to this. Then the Bank can meet them halfway even in very difficult situations.
