In the PAY CIB remote service system (RSS «PAY CIB»), clients have the option of taking advantage of the SMS and E-mail informing service in the part of receiving information in the form of mobile communication SMS messages and/or Internet electronic mail messages (E-mail messages) about the state and balance of accounts (current, deposit), balances and movement of funds on accounts, statements, etc. To ensure additional control over payments in national currency, the Bank provides a service of additional authorization of payments using SMS messages and one-time passwords (OTP passwords).
OTP password - is a one-time password that is automatically generated by RSS «PAY-CIB» and sent to the Client on a mobile phone in the form of an SMS message for confirmation and authorization of a payment operation. The OTP password is generated automatically by the iFOBS server and consists of 6 (six) digits.
Main advantages of the SMS and E-mail informing service and OTP password:
The option of prompt viewing by the Client of the balance of accounts for further planning of activities and carrying out operations. Daily control by the Client over the movement and balances of funds on accounts in any currency without visiting the Bank and without using the services of the remote service system «PAY CIB». The option of the Client to choose the receiving of information regarding the state of the account (-s) by SMS message on a mobile phone and/or E-mail message by electronic mail depending on the needs of the Client. Additional control over payments in national currency that are carried out above the limit set by the Bank, by way of additional authorization of payments using an SMS message and OTP password. The option of receiving statements on accounts (current, deposit) by E-mail message without contacting the Bank. The option of prompt receipt of information about operations and the state of the account (accounts). Constant informing of the Client by way of SMS and electronic mail messages.
To connect to the service, You need to provide the Bank with an Application (in the form set by the Bank):
in paper form – to the Bank's branch where the current (deposit) accounts are opened, on which information will be provided by SMS messages on the mobile phone of the authorized person and/or by E-mail messages on the electronic mail (E-mail), or in electronic form – via the RSS «PAY CIB» system (iFOBS); in this case, a file with the application for connection is transmitted in an electronic message that is signed with the electronic signature of the head of the legal entity / individual entrepreneur.
