We would like to inform you of the intention of JSC "COMINBANK" to cancel the bank account and comprehensive service agreements

Dear customers of JSC "COMINBANK"!

We would like to inform you of the intention of JSC "COMINBANK" to cancel the bank account and comprehensive service agreements (hereinafter referred to as the Agreements), as well as to terminate the Agreements and close the current accounts of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and individuals engaged in independent professional activities:

- current accounts with no transactions for one year and no cash balances;

- current accounts that have no transactions for three consecutive years and have cash balances.

In connection with the above, if you have an inactive current account opened with JSC "COMINBANK", please, within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement on the website of JSC "COMINBANK" placement on the information stands in the branches of JSC "COMINBANK" and in the remote service system "PAY CIB", to inform about the desire to continue using such a current account by sending a written application to the branches of JSC "COMINBANK" or to the postal address: Predslavynska str. 28, Kyiv, Ukraine, 03150.

If JSC "COMINBANK" does not receive a notice within the above period of time regarding the desire to continue using the inactive current account, JSC "COMINBANK", guided by the provisions of Articles 651, 1075 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and the terms of the Agreements, hereby notifies of the cancellation of the Agreements by terminating them and closing the respective current accounts. The available cash balances on the inactive current accounts, after their closure, will be accounted for on the relevant analytical account of the balance sheet account "Bank's customers' funds on inactive accounts".
