JSC «CIB» reminds — the threat of COVID-19 has not passed; the quarantine regime in Ukraine has been only partially eased. Therefore, at the branches and head office of the Bank, special sanitary measures continue to be in effect.
JSC "CIB", as at the beginning of the quarantine, makes maximum efforts to counter the virus according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and the NBU, namely:
At branches, several times a day during short sanitary breaks, premises are ventilated, disinfected, and cleaned.
No more than five visitors at a time are admitted to the branch, exclusively in personal protective equipment — masks, and with safe communication distance ensured. Sanitizers are available in the necessary quantity.
Employees have the right to refuse service at the Bank's branch to a client with symptoms of the disease.
✔️ Bank employees, both at the central office and at branches, work in medical masks, gloves, and are provided with antiseptics. For non-compliance with sanitary conditions, penalty sanctions have been introduced.
✔️ We have extended the validity period of personal and corporate payment cards issued by the Bank, whose validity ends in March and April 2020, additionally for a term of 3 months.
