We care about Your safety, and therefore for the period of the quarantine in Ukraine (resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 11, 2020 No. 211 «On preventing the spread of the coronavirus COVID-19 on the territory of Ukraine») we are introducing for the period of quarantine new rules of staying of Clients at JSC «CIB» branches:
From 13:00 to 14:00, a technical break is introduced for the purpose of carrying out disinfection of the premises. Please maintain a distance of no less than 1 meter from other visitors and use medical masks. If the number of clients at the branch is more than 3-5 persons, wait in line outside while maintaining the distance. If the Client has symptoms of the disease, the Bank has the right to refuse service to such Client at the Bank's branch.
We advise that to receive banking services, you make maximum use of the remote internet banking system «CIB-online» (for individuals) and «PAY.CIB» (for legal entities).
Please treat the innovations with understanding, since their goal – is to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
