In compliance with the requirements of the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated August 06, 2014, No. 464 “On bringing the statutory capital of banks in compliance with the minimum established size” and in accordance with the Capitalization Program of the Bank for the period 2017-2024, on April 13, 2017, the Bank's shareholder, who owns 100% of the Bank's shares, Mr. Stephen Paul Pinter, transferred funds in the amount of UAH 71,379 thousand in payment for 56,203,633 shares of the Bank of the nominal value of UAH 1.27 each.
Thus, contributions to the Bank's statutory capital have been paid by the shareholder in full volume. The specified funds, until the moment of state registration of amendments to the Bank's statute, have been credited to account 5004 «Unregistered statutory capital». After the registration of amendments to the Statute, the Bank's statutory capital will amount to UAH 200 million. (Today the balance sheet capital of the bank amounts to UAH 215 million.)
ComInBank by the end of June 2017 expects the agreement by the National Bank of Ukraine of amendments to the statute related to the increase of the Bank's statutory capital.
