Last Friday, 14.07.2017, the NBU agreed to the new version of the bank's statute, according to which the size of the statutory capital amounts to UAH 200 million, which complies with the requirements of the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine dated August 06, 2014, No. 464 “On bringing the statutory capital of banks in compliance with the minimum established size”.
On 18.07.2017, the amendments to the Bank's statute were registered in the State Register, and the necessary internal accounting entries were carried out for the crediting to the statutory capital account of the additional contribution to the statutory capital received on April 13, 2017, from the Bank's shareholder in the amount of UAH 71 million.
Thus, as of today, the Bank's statutory capital amounts to UAH 200 million. In particular, the balance sheet capital of the bank as of 18.07.2017 amounts to UAH 210.5 million.
