For your convenience, the validity of cards expiring between January 2022 and December 2024 will be extended until 31.12.2025, allowing the following types of transactions (subject to the settings for the possibility of servicing cards with an extended validity period on the acquirer's side)
- payments in trade and service networks;
- payment on the Internet;
- cash withdrawals at ATMs, bank cash desks and cash desks of retail outlets;
- card-to-card transfers (p2p);
- registration in the Internet banking system ‘CIB-online’.
Please note that if the acquirer of the outlet/website/ATM/cash desk, etc. where the transaction is performed, checks the card's validity, the transaction will fail (including card-to-card transfers).
Taking into account the limited functionality of the cards, the validity of which was extended by the Bank, we recommend that you apply for a new card by visiting any operating branch of the Bank, which provides a full range of services for individuals and/or legal entities, at the addresses indicated in the section Branch.
