The results of three professional contests have been summed up – «Bank trusted by clients 2011», «Professional award in the sphere of banking technologies, equipment, and services 2011», and also the best companies, according to the «Banker» magazine, providing services and solutions for the carrying out of money transfers were marked. In the awards ceremony of winners, representatives of financial institutions, companies supplying technical solutions for banks, as well as – numerous employees of consulates and embassies of various countries took part. Representatives of Poland, Austria, Russia, Germany, Kazakhstan, and other states were honored to present the deserved prizes to the winners of three professional contests. Those who received statuettes and diplomas were determined by the organizer of the contest – the «Banker» magazine; also the opinion of rating agencies, sociological services, profile funds, and associations was taken into account.
In the top ten banks enjoying the greatest trust of clients turned out to be both large financial institutions with many years of experience and developed infrastructure, and new players on the Ukrainian market, who have already managed to win a credit of trust and continue to rapidly develop.
One of the most indicative nominations of the professional award «Bank trusted by clients 2011» became the nomination «Bank that preserved the trust of clients during the crisis period». In it, several financial institutions were marked, including – Commercial Industrial Bank, a participant of the «EDAPS» consortium.
«It is very pleasant to receive such an award. We, indeed, try to ensure for our clients high quality of service and reliability. For us this – is the most important thing. Therefore, we will try to correspond to such a high level of trust further on», - noted, accepting the award, the Deputy Chair of the Management Board of Commercial Industrial Bank Ivan Fediv.

We remind: in 2010, «Commercial Industrial» was named the most highly technological bank of Ukraine, and a year earlier received a statuette in the nomination «Bank with a high level of openness and transparency of business».
Based on the results of the professional rating of the 2011 model, CIB's achievements were not limited to one prize. One of the partners of the contest, the jewelry concern DeBeers, established a special award. The holder of the valuable prize – a jewelry product of white gold with diamonds – in the nomination «Partner of welfare and reliability» became Commercial Industrial Bank.

«DeBeers company is a benchmark in its industry, a synonym of reliability and quality. Therefore, we will try to correspond to the same high world standards», - thanked Ivan Fediv the executive director of the «Carob Sid» company for the assessment of CIB's activity.
Deserved awards testifying to success and professional recognition were received by companies supplying technical solutions for banks. Their «Oscars» were received by IT-systems developer companies, suppliers of equipment for banks and financial-credit institutions, as well as companies providing services for the banking-financial sector. In particular, the «AiHama» company entered the number of laureates, which provides services of the processing of transactional operations for banks and financial institutes. The award was given to the best, by the results of 2010, front-office solution QSystemsRetail, with which «AiHama» has been working on the Ukrainian market for several years already.

As IA «Nash Produkt» has already reported, from July 1, 2011, the exclusive author's rights in Ukraine to the QSystemsRetail system passed to the «EDAPS» consortium. This solution will become one of the main elements in the new project of the consortium – the creation of a universal system of servicing of mass payments for the population of Ukraine. The center of competence on the QSystemsRetail system and the information-analytical processing center (PC) will become the enterprise LLC «VTI» (participant of the «EDAPS» consortium).
«The QSystemsRetail system is created for the processing of large arrays of information. The solution optimizes large volumes of data when carrying out small payments – for example, for utility services, and allows effectively resolving the problem of queues in branches of banks», - Maryna Klanovets told in a comment to the correspondent of IA «Nash Produkt». According to her words, this solution came to Ukraine in 2006 – it was first bought by the «Kreschatyk» bank, then it received wide resonance among banks, and many of them wanted to use QSystemsRetail as hosting. That is, not to buy it, but to cooperate on the conditions of outsourcing, using in the branch only the front part – the cashier's window for the receiving or issuing of payments.
«Currently, the solution operates in such a mode – processing outsourcing – already in eight banks», - Maryna Klanovets shared the success story. In a word, she added, the QSystemsRetail solution fully justified its adaptedness to Ukrainian realities, mentality, and compliance with the requirements of the National Bank. «The solution is irreplaceable thanks to the fact that it can work with any company that issues bills for any services, whether utility or other payments. The system absorbs bills, like a sponge, and issues a single amount. Coming to the cash desk, the client must name only the bill number and the amount», - explained Maryna Klanovets.

Participants of the project will become Commercial Industrial Bank, the contact center of «KP VTI», the processing center of mass payments of «KP VTI». Also, an internet portal will function that services the system of mass payments in the worldwide network. «Thus, the universal system of servicing of mass payments of the population of the «EDAPS» consortium will become a real aggregator of contracts and payments, allowing in any corner of Ukraine to provide the client with full information on planned and conducted payments, instruments, and the nearest points of payment», - Maryna Klanovets summed up.
