Anton Semenov, psychotherapist, social psychologist, and author of the volunteer project "How are you, brother?", gave a lecture for the COMINBANK team.
The event took place within the framework of the bank's CSR complex of activities DOBROKOLO.
The bank's team sincerely thanks the expert for the extremely useful knowledge, since sensitive communication during the war and in crisis situations has become a challenge for millions of Ukrainians.
On the other hand, communication is precisely the key to mutual support, as well as understanding what exactly to say to a person in painful circumstances.
During the lecture «How to communicate during war», effective algorithms of communication with someone who has received traumatic experience, with those who are at a distance due to the circumstances of the war, with someone who has lost a loved one, and also — with veterans, were considered.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Anton SEMENOV began to research the issue of psychological mutual aid and launched the unique project «How are you, brother?», which aims to collect the best practices on how to maintain relationships, restore contact, and provide support to each other during the war, to spread these practices among all Ukrainians, both military and civilian.
For this, on the initiative of the author, manuals were developed that contain simple and effective schemes of interaction in various situations.
The manuals can be downloaded on the website or ordered in printed form.
