We hereby inform you that starting from 31 March 2025, in connection with the closure of the branch ‘VIP Customer Service Centre of the JOINT STOCK COMPANY “COMINBANK” in Kyiv, 34/1 Mykhailo Hrushevskoho Str., building 34/1 (Minutes of the General Meeting of Shareholders of JSC “COMINBANK” dated 25.02.2025):
- the clients of legal entities will be transferred to the Kovalevka branch of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kovalevka village at the address: 08652, Kyiv region, Kovalivka village, Monastyrska street, 10.
- the clients of individuals will be transferred to the Kyiv branch No. 2 of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kyiv at the address: 51 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 03150.
Please note that on 27.03.2025, the branch ‘VIP-Client Service Centre of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv will work with clients until 13:00.
On 28.03.2025, the branch ‘VIP-Client Service Centre of JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv will not serve customers.
If necessary, please contact the nearest branch of the bank.
We also inform you that the Clients who have concluded individual safe deposit box lease agreements should apply to the branch ‘VIP Customer Service Centre of the JSC “COMINBANK” in Kyiv, 34/1 Hrushevskoho Mykhailo Str., by 26.03.2025 inclusive, to withdraw valuables and conclude additional agreements on termination of such agreements (in order to refund the amount of commission paid in excess of the actual use of the individual safe deposit box). In case you do not apply within the prescribed period, the Bank will open the individual safe deposit box without your presence and withdraw the valuables stored therein, with further transfer to the valuables storage of the operating cash desk of the Central Branch of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kyiv at the following address: 16G, Lypkivsky Vasyl Metropolytoho Str., 03035, Kyiv.
Kyiv Branch No. 2 of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kyiv provides a full range of banking services for individuals and legal entities and operates according to the following schedule
Monday - Friday: from 09:00 - 18:00 (acceptance of payments: until 17:30)
Saturday - Sunday: day off
Kovalevka branch of JSC ‘COMINBANK’ in Kovalevka provides a full range of banking services for individuals and legal entities and operates according to the following schedule:
Monday - Friday: from 09:30 - 17:00 (acceptance of payments: until 16:30)
