the new version of the Statute, approved by the decision of the Shareholder dated 25.04.2018 and agreed by the National Bank of Ukraine on 14.06.2018. The Statute can be reviewed on the official website of the bank at www.cib.com.ua; the change of the full name of the Bank to Joint-Stock Company «Commercial Industrial Bank». In accordance with the Statute, the Bank has the following names:
