Terms and conditions of payment transactions

Information on the procedure and conditions for conducting payment
transactions using the COMINBANK remote service system

1. Services are provided in accordance with the procedure and on the terms and conditions specified by the legislation of Ukraine, including regulatory acts of the National Bank of Ukraine, the Rules for Banking Services to Individuals at the Joint Stock Company ‘KOMINBANK’ and the relevant Agreement for the Bank's Product, subject to payment for the Bank's services at the Bank's Tariffs in force at the time of provision of such services. Transactions on Current Accounts using payment cards are also carried out in accordance with the rules of the relevant Payment System.

The rules for banking services for individuals at Joint Stock Company KOMINBANK are available on the KOMINBANK website. (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).

Terms and abbreviations are used in the meanings defined in the Rules. The fees for servicing a current account using a payment card are posted on the website of JSC ‘COMINBANK’.

Tariffs for servicing Current accounts are available on the website of JSC ‘COMINBANK’.

Tariffs for transactions via COMINBANK mobile banking and user instructions are available on the COMINBANK website.

2. Procedure for executing payment transactions from a Current Account/Current Account using an electronic payment instrument (payment card)

To perform a payment transaction, either on the ‘Payments’/“Transfers” tab or directly from the relevant product in the ‘My Products’ section, select the required service and fill in the dynamic fields with the necessary data.

Upon the Client's request to perform a transaction, the CIB-Online Internet banking system generates an OTP password and, together with information about the transaction to be confirmed by the Client, sends it to the Client's Financial Phone.

The customer receives an OTP, which they enter to confirm the payment.

3. Terms and conditions for payment transactions from a current account/current account using an electronic payment instrument (payment card)

A payment transaction from the Current Account is executed on the Client's instructions within the limits of the balance on the Current Account. Payment transactions from the Current Account using a payment card are executed on the Client's instructions both within the limits of the balance on the Current Account using a payment card and at the expense of an Overdraft/Credit Line.

If the Bank's current Tariffs provide for a commission fee for transactions on the Client's Current Account, the transaction may be executed provided that there are sufficient funds to execute the transaction and pay for the service provided.

The customer pays the Bank remuneration (fee) in the amounts and within the time limits specified in the Bank's current Tariffs.

It is prohibited to carry out payment transactions from a Current Account/Current Account using a payment card for the purpose of conducting business activities.

The Bank shall not be liable for failure to transfer or incorrect transfer of funds on the Client's instructions if this was caused by the Client's incorrect completion of payment documents, provision of incorrect (erroneous) payment details by the Client, or failure to notify the Bank in a timely manner of changes to their details.

Payments created in the COMINBANK Mobile Banking system are accepted by the Bank around the clock and are processed/executed in accordance with the regulations/procedures set out in the Rules, User Instructions and other internal regulatory documents of the Bank. At the same time, payments received after business hours, on weekends, non-working days and public holidays

are processed/executed during the first working day following them in accordance with the working regulations specified by the Bank's order.

Taking into account the operating hours of the Bank, the Electronic Payment System and Payment Systems, the date of processing of Transactions using Payment Cards by the Bank may not coincide with the date of their execution by the Customer.

When performing Transactions using Payment Cards via the COMINBANK Mobile Banking remote service system, the Holder must comply with the security rules set out in the Rules and recommendations provided in the Customer Memo (Appendix 2 to the Rules).

The Bank has the right to refuse to perform settlement Transactions for the Client if the Transaction does not comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, insufficient funds in the Current Account/Current Account using the Client's payment card to conduct the Transaction on his behalf and/or to pay the commission for conducting such a Transaction in accordance with the Tariffs, as well as in case of incorrect execution of settlement documents and violation of the deadlines for their submission to the Bank.
