In particular, the bank has started providing services of tender guarantees (bid guarantees), guarantees for tourist agents and operators, which under the Law of Ukraine «On Tourism» are mandatory, as well as guarantees of performance of contract terms or payment, and of return of advance payment.
The line at the bank is headed by Yevhen Dmytrenko, who previously headed similar units at other Ukrainian banks. According to him, when developing the product line and tariff plans, not only the key interests of potential service consumers were taken into account, but also the price offers of other market participants.
«We were able to prepare a truly advantageous offer for consumers of bank guarantee services. Apart from tariff models, we worked out a number of other parameters important for clients, for example, the necessity to provide collateral and the speed of guarantee issuance. For some products, we are ready to provide guarantees in just one hour. In addition, we are ready to meet clients halfway and consider individual terms. Currently, the bank is running a promotion, within which any client can get a tariff lower than that of another bank, provided that they confirm the price offer of the latter», — added Yevhen Dmytrenko.
The launch of bank guarantee services is only part of the bank's development strategy aimed at substantially strengthening the financial institution's positions in the Ukrainian market.
