To receive monetary aid from the state for housing damaged as a result of combat operations, Ukrainians can use a special eRestore card from JSC «COMINBANK». The card can now be issued at all branches of the bank, free of charge.

To issue a payment card, you need to provide:
- Passport of a citizen of Ukraine
- Registration number of the taxpayer's accounting card
- Transliteration of name and surname (similar to the data of the foreign passport)
Or during the visit, copies of the indicated documents can be sent to the bank through Diia. For this it is necessary to have an ID card in the app.
A physical eRestore card will be especially useful for clients who do not have NFC in their smartphone for digital wallet payments, or who prefer cashless payments specifically with cards.
The funds can be spent exclusively on the territory of Ukraine at participants of the eRestore program - for the purchase of construction materials and payment for repair services. The list of such companies in your region can be viewed on the eRestore website.
Funds not spent within 12-18 months (depending on the repair category) will be returned to the state budget, and the card and account will be automatically closed by the Bank.
