We inform you that we have launched a new version of CIB-Online, both for mobile devices and stationary computers. With the help of this modern and safe system, Bank Clients have 24-hour access to their own accounts and operations on them via the Internet at any point in the world.
The «CIB-online» system is developed for individuals who have accounts at the Bank and for holders of payment cards. The «CIB-online» internet banking system does not require additional software or special knowledge; access to «CIB-online» can be obtained through any browser.

To start working in «CIB-online», it is enough to just contact the branch of the Bank where the account was opened, on which operations are carried out using payment cards, and register on the internet banking page at the link or in the mobile application for iOS and Android (can be downloaded here).

To update the CIB-Online mobile application for clients who are already connected:
1. For mobile devices on Android systems, you need to
1.1 Enter Google Play Market
1.2 Enter the «My applications and games» section
1.3 Choose the CIB-Online application and press «Update»
2. For Apple mobile devices
2.1 Enter App Store
2.2 Go to the «Updates» section
2.3 If the «Updates» section does not show the CIB-Online application, go to the «SEARCH» section - type CIB ONLINE. Choose our application and press the «Update» button.
3. If CIB-Online does not update by the above methods, you need to delete the application and install it again through Google Play Market or App Store depending on the type of Your smartphone.
4. On stationary computers, the system has updated automatically and requires no additional actions.

With any method of updating, a new registration is NOT required. After updating, log in to the application using your login and password. If on the phone there was authentication by PIN code or fingerprints or face recognition, you will need to first enter the usual password (the one entered during registration), and only then apply the PIN code or fingerprint or face recognition.
