COMINBANK has become a media partner of the volunteer project ‘How are you, brother?’

Information posters with QR codes leading to free guides for adaptation to the war conditions have been installed in COMINBANK branches.

By following the link, everyone can download free electronic guides designed to help them adapt to new living conditions. The initiator and co-author of the guides is Anton Semenov, a social psychologist and founder of the project.

COMINBANK is expanding the boundaries of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) as part of the DOBROKOLO project. The bank has become a media partner of the volunteer project ‘How are you, brother?’, an initiative that teaches how to support people with traumatic experiences, both military and civilian.

As a socially responsible business, we hope that this partnership will effectively disseminate crucial information in today's environment and draw public attention to the need for sensitive and caring communication,’ said Viktoriia Zhezhera, Director of the Marketing and Communications Department of JSC “COMINBANK”.

‘How are you, brother?’ is a volunteer initiative aimed at developing sensitive communication skills. It helps not only to listen but also to hear people who have gone through traumatic experiences.

At the end of the year, the bank also joined the Forum ‘Communication in Time of War’, which discussed ROC (Recovery Oriented Communication) standards. This is a new approach that helps to preserve the unity of society and maintain the psychological health of Ukrainians in a difficult period of war.
