Dear clients!
We inform you of the change of limits on the Bank's payment cards from 13.01.2023.
Main changes to the limits:
1. Within Ukraine, a daily limit has been set:
· for cash withdrawals at ATMs and cash desks — UAH 100,000 (without the possibility of increase);
2. Abroad in non-risky countries, the following limit has been set:
· for cash withdrawals at cash desks and ATMs from cards linked to accounts in foreign currency — UAH 11,350 (equivalent) for 7 days, with the possibility of increase to the amount of UAH 95,000* equivalent per day.
*the limit can be increased at the client's request to the Contact center or through the chat-bot.
The new limit values are applied to all clients' payment cards, so if you wish individual limits to apply to your card (within the limits set by the NBU), please contact the Bank's Contact center or through the chat-bot.
