Dear clients!
We inform you of the change of limits on the Bank's payment cards from 29.07.2022.
Main changes to the limits:
1. Within Ukraine, a limit of UAH 100 00.00 per day has been set*:
Ø for cash withdrawals at ATMs and cash desks;
Ø for settlements in retail and service networks;
Ø for settlements on the Internet.
Ø for card-to-card (p2p) transfers within Ukraine.
*For settlements and p2p transfers, a total daily limit of UAH 200,000.00 has been set.
2. Abroad in non-risky countries, the following limit has been set (excluding commission):
- for cash withdrawals at ATMs and cash desks in the amount of UAH 11,350.00 for 7 days;
- for settlements**:
Ø in the amount of UAH 72,950.00 for 30 days for purchases in retail and service networks;
Ø in the amount of UAH 17,950.00 for 30 days for purchases on the Internet.
** by types of operations «Purchases in retail and service networks» and «Purchases on the Internet», the limit can be changed by the client in any proportions that will not exceed the total amount of UAH 90,900.00 equivalent for 30 days for all client accounts opened in the national currency.
3. Abroad in risky countries, zero limit values have been set without the possibility of their increase. The risky countries include the following countries: russian federation, Republic of Belarus, North Korea, Eritrea, Nicaragua, Syria, Venezuela, Cuba, Myanmar, Iran.
The new limit values are applied to all clients' payment cards, so if you wish individual limits to apply to your card (within the limits set by the NBU), please contact the Bank's Contact-center or through the chat-bot.
