Joint Stock Company "COMINBANK" is a member of the stock market of Ukraine. The Bank is licensed by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (AE No. 263254 dated 03.09.2013) to carry out professional activities in the securities market - depository activities of a depository institution. Therefore, we offer the provision of depository services by our bank as a depository institution.

The depositary institution JSC "COMINBANK" cooperates with all operating depositories of Ukraine, in particular: The Depository of the National Bank of Ukraine for municipal and government securities and PJSC National Depository of Ukraine for corporate securities. Therefore, we offer our Bank to provide custodial services, in particular:

• opening securities accounts for legal entities: insurance companies, issuers, residents and non-residents, directly or via a manager;
• servicing the circulation of securities on securities accounts: servicing transactions with customers' securities on the stock exchange and over-the-counter market, crediting, debiting, transferring, delivering securities against payment, and restricting securities in circulation;
• accounting: government, municipal and corporate securities;
• information services: providing securities account statements, certificates and other information on securities on the market to depositors, preparing accounting registers
